Hey! So, I'm trying to loose weight for my vacation at the end of April. I currently weight 140, I'm 5'4 and am 21 years old. What would you suggest is a realistic and healthy goal to reach in 3 months? I would like to get between 115 and 120, but I'm not sure if that's even possible in 3 months! (Love your blog btw!) xoxo

I really think it depends on if you can really put substantial effort into this. If yes, then proceed reading. Remember, be patient. You will NOT get results within a day. Take it one pound at a time. Fifteen to twenty pounds in three months is something you’ll probably not realistically be able to do. If you aren’t already working out then please start. Five times a week with a minimum of thirty minutes of cardio. And you have probably heard this a million times but take out ALL processed foods or at least as many as you can out of your diet. (example: NO McDonald’s) I assure you, you will see results soon enough if you just take things the healthy way. You may not loss twenty pounds in three months but I can guarantee you’ll loss inches and shed pounds doing this! :)
