How does one eat enough calories when the house is...
Does anyone else have problems with skipping meals? I mean, I’m suppose to eat 1200 calories at least but I haven’t seriously been eating anything recently.

Anonymous asked: Hey! So, I'm trying to loose weight for my vacation at the end of April. I currently weight 140, I'm 5'4 and am 21 years old. What would you suggest is a realistic and healthy goal to reach in 3 months? I would like to get between 115 and 120, but I'm not sure if that's even possible in 3 months! (Love your blog btw!) xoxo
